-All stitched products are saddle stitched, a method that can only be completed by hand, which while time consuming and rarely utilized, produces a superior stitch. Companies who use machines will utilize a lockstitch method. If a lockstitch thread rips, the stitch integrity is compromised while hand saddle stitching ensures that if a stitch breaks, the remaining product won't unravel.
The result is a quality product that is durable and will retain their character and personality over time.
Customizing Your Product
Contact us via email with your design ideas or questions. We can offer up suggestions and provide samples of previous orders. Design color, sizing and content can most likely be produced to meet your specifications. Don't see it on the site? We might be able to make it, just ask!
Ordering and Secure Payment Process
After you submit your order, you will be contacted by us via email if any details need to be verified. Once payment confirmation is received, we will begin prepping your customized product. Lead times will be discussed prior to ordering but typically run around 4 weeks. If you need an urgent order, contact us and we'll attempt to fulfill your needs.
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are added into the final order amount. If you need an item shipped more urgently, additional fees may apply.
